A little bit of history

The Silver Moon Lido was born in 1987 from the division of the famous Flavio Gioia resort, one of the most famous and important in Amalfi and all of the coast.

Wanted by our forefather Nicola, emigrate returned home from America, he was inspired by the colors of the American flag: red and white stripes for the beach huts and umbrellas, and a blue roof. The same colors can still be found on our beach.

The Silver Moon occupies the central and best part of the beach and from the very beginning it was frequented by people who prefer dishes prepared with fresh genuine ingredients, convenience and friendly warm atmosphere.
