The Silver moon's kitchen is inspired by the Campania region and in specific, the Amalfi coast. Our dishes are prepared using fresh ingredients of the highest quality, pick fresh every morning by Mata and Nuzia.
Scorpion fish, red snapper, turbot, sea bream, lobster and fresh clams and muscles are accentuated with simple preparation using items famous in the coast like the Amalfi lemons, tender salad from the local gardens, local cherry tomatoes, fior di latte (mozzarella) from Tramonti, extra virgin olive oil from Sorrento.
